Colfax Corporation Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering

Colfax Corporation today announced that Colfax and BDT Capital Partners, LLC and certain of its affiliated entities priced an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of common stock in a registered underwritten public offering at a price per share of $44.25.
